Delete your account and data

1. Overview
You may request deletion of your RockLi account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to our team using the address below. To help us verify your identity and locate your account, please include:
- The email address or phone number registered on your RockLi account
- The display name on your profile (if applicable)
- A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
3. Processing time
We will confirm receipt when reasonable and process your request within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you using the details you provide.
4. What happens after deletion
Once your request is validated, we will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to sign in to the app. We will delete or anonymize your personal data where applicable, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information for a limited period (for example, accounting or security requirements).
